I appreciate the follow-up customer service. I have not had any association with Reeder Realty and in order not to put a stain on the whole company based on one employee, I have updated my review. Reeder gave me a phone call and explained that this does not reflect typical business for Reeder Realty. The poor customer service afterward is what warranted this review. Either way, the customer service was poor when I called on Monday and unethical practices are never good advertisement.unless of course Josh was at the wrong address, which could have just been a mistake. Maybe, Josh was at the wrong address, maybe Josh wants to save the house for other clients. So I asked Josh, "It is the house with the Christmas tree in it, correct?" Josh replied, "I don't know what is in the property, I didn't go inside." If he was at the property like he states, he would have known the Christmas tree is in the window and was lit up in the day time. There were no other cars parked on the street besides us. To add further insult, I called on Monday morning and Josh said he was at the property the whole time in a black car. At that point, I wanted to make sure I was at the right home so I re-verified the address and matched the picture up to the house and its surroundings. I called the office and left a message on their website, still no Josh. At 12:45p I parked directly in front of the home and waited until 1:15p. Josh said he normally does not show houses on the weekend but would make an exception. I saw a home I was interested in and scheduled an appointment with a guy named Josh. She didn't have a courtesy to call me to cancel the appointment earlier (she was already informed that I was traveling from out of state). She told me that the property is still available but she couldn't make our appointment because she has a doctor's appointment - the earliest she could show me the house was the following Monday. I called her to inquire about the availability of the property. Around 2 pm on Thursday, I found the listings for this particular property has been removed from three websites I originally found the listing. So we agreed to meet on Thursday at 4:30 pm. When I called her on Wednesday morning, she told me that she has an appointment she couldn't cancel and she doesn't want to get caught in the traffic (their office hours - 9 to 5) so couldn't meet me on Wed. During our first phone conversation, she said she could schedule it at 2 pm on Wedsnesday but advised to call to confirm in the morning. I contacted Reeder Company LLC and spoke to an agent named Debra to set up an appointment to view a rental property located in Crown Point, IN.
